- You can use the service even if you are a non-member, but some services may be restricted.
- 1. Order Guide
- Product orders are made in the following order.

- - Step 6: Order success (create order number)
- If you are ordering as a non-member, please make a note of your order number or approval number (when paying by credit card) after payment. Members can search after logging in.
- 2. Shipping information
- Shipping Method: Courier
- Shipping Area: Nationwide
- Shipping cost: KRW 2,500 (one-way standard, free shipping for final payment amount of KRW 50,000 or more)
- Delivery period: 1 to 7 days

- - Delivery takes 1 to 7 days on average, and if delivery is delayed due to special reasons, you will be notified via text message.
- - If you order multiple products, you must order and pay for them at once (shopping cart), and shipping costs will be charged once.
- - Shipping is processed in order of payment completion.

- - If you select virtual account deposit as a payment method and the payment is not confirmed within 7 days including the order date, the order will be automatically canceled.
- - If the name of the orderer and the depositor are different, you must notify us in advance through the bulletin board or customer center for prompt delivery.
- - All shipments are processed in order of payment confirmation.
- - In the case of virtual account payment, delayed payment may cause inconvenience such as product out-of-stock or order cancellation.
- 4. Exchange, return
- - Request for exchange or return is available within 7 days of receipt of goods.
- Products must be sent as received. (Plastic packaging, barcodes, labels, gifts, etc.)
- If you send exchange and return products separately, shipping costs will be incurred separately, so please send them together.
- Please pay the cost incurred in the exchange/return process (shipping fee, difference, etc.) under the name of the orderer.

Please call the post office courier (1588-1300) to request exchange/return collection by regular courier and send it by cash on delivery.

1. Returns for exchange due to simple change of heart (size, color, etc.)
- Exchange: Round-trip shipping fee 5,000 won / Return: One-way shipping fee 2,500 won
